Quinones explains how his profession as an attorney has influenced his sense of individuality, especially when it came to his policies regarding district boundaries. He expands more on the Central Florida re-districting issue of 2004-2005, and his efforts to go to the federal court and argue in favor of a fair opportunity for the Hispanic population.
