Medina discusses his work with Mayor Harold Washington and his efforts to denounce the USA Army bombarding to Vieques and Culebra in Puerto Rico. He talks about the particular experience of traveling to San Juan, to the neighborhood La Perla, with the purpose of meeting and interacting with the people from the community.
