Dr. Falú describes her experience of moving to the United States to continue her graduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley. She talks about some challenges adapting to English and seeing other colleagues who decided to go back. The scholar also discusses the positive impact that studying abroad had for her personal and professional life and the important people that she met at this university.
