Ron discusses his memories of Pantoja. She is described as a very intense and passionate personality. Shortly after taking over Aspira in 1994, he first met Pantoja in DC and her big wish was to come up with an Aspira Credit Union that would be founded by alums. Unfortunately it didn't come to fruition. Back in Puerto Rico, she lived in a rural area and founded another non-profit organization called Producir, to help agricultural producers.
