CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-
Guerra-Mondragon offers a detailed account of the UNESCO diplomatic dispute that later caused the United States to exit it during the Ronald Reagan presidency. The dispute was due to a proposal made by UNESCO Secretary General Amadou-Mahtar M'Bow to pass a resolution to set limits to corporate global media corporations.
