CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-
Vazquez talks more about his thesis about his vision for his community outreach work with the YMCA. He did research on the changing community in Chicago, and how the demographics changed from it being a predominantly white community to a Latino family community, and wants the YMCA to reflect their cultural heritage with a new center. He credits the help he received from researchers for his thesis.
