Freytes talks about Puerto Ricans in Central Florida politics in the 1990s, and the barriers that kept them from rising to key positions. Freytes also talks about his experiences serving in the transition team for Governor Jeb Bush, and informing him on the Hispanic community's perspective regarding politics.
