Martin Perez discusses his involvement in politics and social activism. Since he was a college student in Puerto Rico he was member of the Puerto Rican Socialist Party and participated in social movements. When he moved to the United States he continued his relation with activism and worked for the Latino community. He also talks about the developments of The Latino Leadership Alliance and the endorsement of political candidates through this organization. In the last part of the interview, Perez answers questions of identity and he shows documents that chronicle his career and social activism.
